A Message To Our Guests
Our Estate has adapted to the changing needs and expectations of travel during the COVID-19 global crisis. As always, the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests, community and team remain our first priority. Following the guidelines of the CDC and government authorities we implemented enhanced health and safety measures to our already high standards so that you may feel at ease and comfortable during your stay. We, along with Leading Hotels of the World, have partnered for certification by GBAC STAR. GBAC is a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association that serves as the gold standard for facilities to implement cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention protocols.
This certification and ongoing auditing include thorough and rigorous cleaning and sanitization, the proper use of personal protective equipment and staff training in all aspects of health, safety and hygiene.
You can take comfort in knowing that we are equally focused on ensuring your time at the Estate is as magical as it has always been. As has always been the case, our first priority is the health and safety of our guests, our team, and the community.
The following is a brief overview and examples of steps and actions taken at the Estate.
General Estate Information
The Estate remains vigilant and continually monitors the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and is following all health and safety guidelines provided by the government authorities and local department of health.
We, along with Leading Hotels of the World, have partnered for certification by GBAC STAR. GBAC is a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association that serves as the gold standard for facilities to implement cleaning, disinfection and infectious disease prevention protocols.
Employees or guests confirmed to have a temperature over 100.4°F or displaying known symptoms of COVID-19 will not be allowed entry to the Estate and will be directed towards appropriate medical care.
Our Team
The health of our team members is being carefully monitored. All employees and vendors will be temperature screened when they arrive to work daily.
Team members will wear masks, where required, by local department of health guidelines.
Our Guests
Access to the Estate is limited to Registered Hotel Guests and Prearranged Restaurant Reservations only.
Face masks are required for fully vaccinated Guests when at the Estate in Indoor venues only. By entering the Estate without face mask, the guests self-attest that they are fully vaccinated upon entry. Unvaccinated Guests are required to wear masks at all times while at the Estate and physically distance in most settings.
We have positioned Stations with hand sanitizer throughout the Estate.
Prearranged Restaurant Reservation Guests
Effective August 16th, 2021, Proof of Vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test taken within 72 hours of the reservation is required for access to the Estate.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping will follow enhanced practices for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
Dining
Menus will be available via QR Code by request.
All restaurants and kitchen areas are following the local department of health guidelines for food safety and kitchen sanitization.
Outdoor Pools and Activities
All guests must be assisted and seated by a member of the Cabana team.
No food or beverage is permitted anywhere other than your assigned Chaise.
All seating, tables, contact surfaces will be sanitized between each usage.
Fitness Center
All equipment will be cleaned regularly throughout the day.
Sanitizing wipes are available for guests’ use.
Palm Springs Yacht Club (CURRENTLY CLOSED)
Services will be provided by reservation only.
Indoor Pool, Jacuzzis, Steam and Sauna will be closed until further notice.
